    i think it's in ambush map

    and about the ammo it's a glitch sometimes when u infect 5 ppl and unlock ammo u get this     ​

    I don't think it is ambush. It was a small map (40x40?) or so, like one of the killhouses or domewaw I think.

    Edit: just played again, this IS domewaw.

    that's not killhouse. Killhouse doesn't have dirt as a flooring.
