Idea Fish Fight

I have come up with a good idea for a gamemode. It's called fish battle and the point of the game is to catch as many fish in the given time. Points would be awarded for each fish caught. The point system would look like this;
Raw Fish - 1 point
Raw Salmon - 2 points
Pufferfish - 3 points
Clownfish - 5 points

The game would last 3 minutes giving enough time for players to catch fish.
Other things to note
- Plugin would have to be coded so fish were only caught and not other items (saddles, nametags, etc.)
- Plugin could also decrease time it takes for fish to "take the bait" ( don't know if this is possible but it would speed up gameplay and make it more fast faced)
- Plugin would also have to make sure players couldn't steal other player's fish
