    One of these again!
    So I've had some bad run'ins with Lifeline. You can hit someone and then run away AS FAR AS YOU WANT while they take 1.5 dmg a second. And that may not sound like much, but...

    That damage is TRUE damage.
    Honestly this reminds me of Viking. A kit that has very little counter-play, but gives a massive advantage.

    It's true damage though, which is kinda unfair considering kits like Thor get their damage output lowered by armor.

    It's basically like symmetra from overwatch.

    I suggest nerfing it down to 1 or .5 hearts instead of 1.5.
