Idea New perm: can open doors and use redstone but not build

    Hi Brawl,
    Wizzlol707 here. I had an idea for a new perm. There's always something that bothers me when people enter my maps. I want to show them around, give them a tour or something, but I always end up with the same problem. they can't use the redstone when visitor.

    I thought it could be a good idea if McBuild had a perm that can let people open doors and use redstone and that sort of thing, but not be able to place or destroy blocks. Because, to be honest, all Visitor does is basically have you remember the ID for a certain map. And Member can lead to building and destroying, which can lead to griefing if someone's a jerk. So I thought it would be cool if they added a perm called Explorer or Adventurer or something, that can open doors and use redstone, but not place/destroy blocks. Please let me know in the reactions how this idea sounds!

    Should just be added to visitor instead of adding an entire new rank for it. It will probably be added soon like @sportyman56 said considering how many times this has been suggested.

    but how do you take away the rank from them if the owner doesn't want them to interact. Do you ban them? That is why we need a new rank for this.

    You do /revoke (player) or do /perm visitor (player) as visitor doesn't really give you any benefits except being able to teleport to the map when it's private.
