Hulk cooldown

    I've said it before, but Hulk needs to have a longer cooldown. You can abuse this kit so hard, simply stand somewhere and throw someone up again and again and the person being hulked can literally not do anything against it. I suggest a 10 second cooldown.

    How about 7.5? That means a Ninja can avoid getting hulked (and Ninja is played a lot)

    And then get killed because you can't eat soup while crouching and I don't want to play Turtle xD
