    Question: Thought I'd stop by to visit. However, I come with a question. I've noticed GreenPeas as returned. Does this mean old Higher-ups are allowed to reinstate in the staff team?

    GreenPeas was handpicked as other staff members before; because of his previous experience as Moderator, Senior Moderator and Administrator he was directly promoted to Moderator after taking a hack test.
