frank_dml hacking (No proof but a WITNESS)

Today I was playing MC-war with my friend and frank_dml had ray-gun. That was no hack. He proceeded to whup me to death, and as soon as I re-spawned, I died and frank_dml had killed me again. Half a second had not gone by, and I still had spawn resistance. I was about halfway across the map when frank_dml killed me originally, then at spawn he killed me again. I have no proof, just a video hoping to get some, but I recorded none. However, LukenDan was there with me, and he witnessed it happen. He will tell you the truth. If you require the video, it shows nothing because he stopped doing what he was doing, but I will post it anyway. (It's 16 minutes long at least, and I stopped recording as soon as I noticed he had left.
