Idea Disable Enderpearls?

I want them disabled before 512 blocks out. Then the pvp zone will be safe from them, but still helpful for building and such. I love epearls <3

 

That would be silly, its a strategy using them. And its not like you cant get ender pearls.

 

It's soup pvp not pot pvp, disable them!

 

Tbh I'd prefer if they were disabled too but if not, it's ok too. Only true soup pvpers understand why we want them disabled.

 

Someone post here or PM me a list with solid reasons as to why they should be disabled. I don't see much a problem with them being enabled (@DemonicObelisk hehe), but if the community doesn't want them then I'm fine with that personally. It'd also be cool to have them disabled before 512 blocks as that's where the most pvp is and that would prevent players from kiting with them. Otherwise they're useful and fun to mess around with when not pvping.

 

Like I said in game, if enough people don't like them, ofc we'll remove them. For now, people seem to love them for the most part, so they will remain added

Wait a second... this thread is about disabling enderpearls...So they were enabled THIS WHOLE TIME? Why didn't anyone tell me??? I blame @AnonymousGalaxy

Anyways, I'd like to see that pearls are disabled.

 

Too be honest enderpearls are just a strategy in pvp, I understand that it's a cowards way out, but there should be a certain zone where they're allowed to be used so people don't coward out and enderpearl away, but too be honest I'm not into raid anymore, so this doesn't concern me. In all honesty it's up too the community and the supervisors of raid to keep them, or not keep them.

I'm concerned that this goes down a path of 'what can we disable'. I think we should keep it as vanilla as possible, and guess what- when you PVP you'll have to take into account that someone will pearl to or from you.

For the same reason I think incus pots should be enabled.

I'd love to see elytra enabled but this is 1.8, not 1.9. And finally I'd like to see enderchests enabled, not necessarily for storage but for moving stuff around.
