Anyway, I found Item frames, paintings, water bottles, and a boat lying on the ground in different places in this map.

    I think it's a new map, I don't recall any map like this. Were you able to pick up the stuff on the floor ?

    Its from item frames and paintings being punched out in encore.

    Map name is encore, I already reported it to 8vo and he said it doesnt matter because you cant pick up items.
