Customizable Kill Streaks

So I'd just like to make a new idea of customizing your kill streaks just like you do with guns, another item in the GUI thing and you'd have a certain amount of points given to your level, and you'd be able to customize those points like set how early you get something (Though you can't have EMPS or Nukes near your first kill), you'd gain more points every time you level up to get something earlier by max 5 levels. You could also unlock certain killstreak perks once you get to certain levels. There would be limits to OP killstreaks like Nukes. Beginning killstreak options could be potion boosts and the default ones.
