Have you read over the Sheriff Handbook here? - Yes, several times and I have a fair knowledge of the do's and don't's.

    What is your in-game name? - Pat_The_Trick
What time zone are you in? - GMT +0

How long have you been playing Wild West? - Since BETA was first publicly released. I instantly fell in love with the game and after War it became my second favourite server easily. I quickly took an interest in being a sheriff, and applied but it was denied, as it was a low-quality app. My overall playtime (Before and after reset) is about 35 hours, I think.
How active would you consider yourself? - My play time every day is as follows:
    Monday: 1.5 - 2 Hours a day
    Tuesday: 1.5 - 2.5 Hours a day
    Wednesday: 1.5 - 2 Hours a day
    Thursday: 1.5 - 3 Hours a day
    Friday: 2 - 3 Hours a day
    Saturday: 2 - 3.5 Hours a day
    Sunday: 2 - 3 Hours a day
I do have occasional breaks every other weekend because I usually have family related things going on or I'm going to be busy. I sometimes can get on at some point during Sunday evening for about an hour when this happens, but often not. Sorry if that's any inconvenience.

Why do you want to become a sheriff? - I want to help the sheriffs in situations. Often now, Dev can be found controlling WG and easily bringing in cash. Whilst this is the purpose of the game, it also doesn't give newbs a chance to process. I'm not saying I would let noobs get away, but what I am saying is I would try and eliminate all of the skilled players processing at WG and stop them from bailing each other. If I found a noob entering the base at some point and I happened to be doing a routine check, I would arrest them and ticket them accordingly.

Another reason I would like to become sheriff is because recently I have noticed a lack of them at times in GMT. They aren't the huge times for players, but you do get an average of 20 players and often crimes can be noticed such as going rogue, etc. I think if I was there I would catch noobs and bandits out, and although they will get annoyed it would help I think. In times like this I see the occasional 4-5 new players. Most go straight to drugs and try and make cash. What happens is they process and find no real competition as it is mainly located at WG, and if they go there they would probably rage. What then happens is they get bored as most noobs want to team up and process etc. so they don't make a lost. By the time they harvested about 3 stacks of drugs, they've grown bored and find no element of risk, danger, challenge or fun in the game. I wouldn't overlook the smaller bases like Poppy and Tobacco like some sheriffs, and if a rogue was reported there I would be the first to arrive. I honestly think this would make them think, 'Wow, this is harder than I thought. I better be better prepared next time.' So after mining off their bounty, they would try again being more careful. Unless they went rogue again I wouldn't be going back again anytime soon as I'd just checked the base, so they sit there and think being careful made a difference. They successfully make a drug run and are hooked to the game. I think noobs would enjoy this as I remember before reset I quit because the ratio of players to sheriffs meant it was far too easy for me to break the law. I really hope if I was accepted I would be able to achieve what I have said I want to do to help WW, whilst making it a bit more challenging for the big teams.

Do you realize if you abuse any commands or privileges your rank will be taken away? - I fully understand this and have seen abuse happen first hand before, and realise that even if I was spotted breaking a rule intentionally in the slightest I would be punished severely, and that isn't a risk I would be willing to take.

P.S. I know I was recommended to wait until my recent mutes have been there for a month, but I think that if I was given a chance I could prove that I can be mature and will be mature. If needed I can explain why I got these mutes in PM, though it is probably already known why. I regret my actions and really hope that it doesn't affect my chances of becoming sheriff now. Thanks!

EDIT: A screenshot of the ratio of sheriffs to bandits at the moment:

    Ratio: 0:40
