Story Ideas wanted

Sup Peeps,

As some of you know I'm writing a book irl. I'm making it an "edgy" zombie apocalypse story.

What if everyone with a mobile device received a call or message.....and it drove them insane. They immediately turned psychotic and started killing people.

What if the originator of the "virus" was a Super Villain, a Megalomaniac Psychotic who wants to take over the world.

The Heroes are all dead....

Humanity's only hope resides with a retired group of Super Villains, who were never caught, and they retired 5 years ago...

Monsters, Aliens, Zombies, Super Villians & Heroes.

Monsters fighting monsters...

I'm looking for a twisted cliffhanger way to cure people and have a happy ending. Totally open to ideas.

Feel free to write them. I'm specifically looking for a way to cure those who heard the message or sound that turned them psychotic. The sound from low orbit satellites is perhaps a clue to the origin of the "virus". I'm thinking the origin of the virus was a sound that drove people insane. It transcended language, race, and instantly made everyone psychotic. A modern edgy twist to the Zombie genera. The "sound" was delivered via TV, Cell Phone, device, and youtube....

I'd totally appreciate any ideas you might have.
