Another topic about the position of zombies in warz.

To spice things up in warz I think there should be random events like airdrops that occur in the game.

My idea is that since minecraft days are short, a random event has the chance to spawn at the turn of the night. Once "night hours" hit, there is a 15-25% chance that a blood moon event occurs. I know what some of you may be thinking. Blood moons are for werewolves, vampires, bats, etc. and I also know some of you play terraria. I think this bloodmoon even should increase the spawn rate of zombies immensely throughout the night hours.

    Features
    - 15-25% chance of spawning each nightfall. Can only occur on 1 server at a time.
    - Immense increase of the zombie spawnrate, perhaps even 200-300% increase.
    - Addition of baby zombies
    - If possible, zombies can climb ladders and are faster than normal
    - Disease causing increases 10%
    - Damage inflicted increases by 1 heart
    - A global message displayed across every warz server should state: "A blood moon is rising on server (Server number)!" Something simple like that. If my credit system (https://www.brawl.com/threads/66176) is implemented, this could give a chance for PvE devoted players to earn credits faster if they choose to participate.

    PvP
    - Players who play solely for PvP still get to. There is no PvP-free zone. However, the blood moon will affect these players since zombies will spawn the same way they would in a blood moon. Players will be forced to use survival tactics like camping up sniper tower or a building in snow, keeping barb and other items that slow zombies in their inventory. This could even spice up some fights.

Side note: I know a lot of pvp players may disagree with this. The addition of the usain bolt zombies created outrage from many players. Perhaps zone 6 may count as safe zones from the blood moon, since the majority of fights occur there. If the rank-buying pvp players do not want the blood moon affecting their fights, then so be it.

    Special Reward
If a player stays up the whole mc night and fights the zombies without logging once or dying, they will receive a stack of beans, some bones/bandages, other survival gear such disease cures, water bottles and ammo.

I will continue to 1+ events that will steer WarZ back to it's former glory, with that said, 1+.

What do you think about lessening the damage of some of the zombies so that some can be used as tanks, but you won't know which is which?

That's a good idea falling under the category of variant zombies, where some can have higher damage, more disease causing traits, higher health etc.
    I'll look into that

I personally really like the idea. The only issue I see is players will say ' What's the point' this significantly increases the chances of dieing and armour ( specifically diamond) breaking. People go to airdrops because they know there is a high percentage of them receiving diamond/guns etc. Basically what I'm saying is that there should maybe be more of an incentive to participate. Now with that being said, if your credit idea is implemented everything would be fine, but if not. I would recommend slightly increasing the reward for surviving the blood moon, or add a chance to receive guns/armor etc.

The armor breaking would be fixed/negated by his idea to "buff" the boosters. More incentive to buy boosters > more donations > win-win for everyone.

I realize this, my point is still valid though. Why even bother? If there's nothing to gain.
