Idea Removing Perms

    Before I was staff, there were so many maps that I had perms on that appeared in my map list. Some of them were old (very old - I remember a map ID being 5400 that I was manager on, and it hadn't been touched for years), and some of them were just maps I were not interested in anymore. Now its not too much of an issue for me personally, since mods can set their own perms at will, but it'll still likely be an issue for players.

    My suggestion: allow players to do /revoke, then their own IGN, to remove themselves from the map. This could cause issues if the owner of the map could do it, so maybe add restrictions there if necessary.

    I like this idea. Just make sure it warns you before you revoke yourself. You don't want unsuspecting idiots to revoke themselves on accident.

    I knew about other people with owner, but not with themselves.

    Simple, grief them all and you will be revoked.

    Yes, we're not restricted with /perm. However, we can't just go around each map and perm ourselves to owner. Even if I just want visitor on a map, I ask the people who made it first, unless its a Brawl map.
