    Hey all!

    So as you all know, sheriff apps are down most of the time, and sometimes up.

    I think that this is wrong, sheriff applications should be up all the time. If you are denied and told to wait 2 weeks, it's more like waiting 3-4 weeks for the sheriff apps to reopen. We are always in need of new sheriffs since old sheriffs aren't very active. The new ones play a lot to check everything out then they go quite inactive.

    Players should always have a chance to apply for sheriff. If they are fit for the job, they can go on @randomcitizen1's little "chill" thing.

    I don't see a reason why apps are closed, now that random has the chill thing going, you can just put qualified applicants there.

    They're closed for a reason. We can't accept too many at a time. Plus, If we do this, there will be so many people "chillin" and everyone would get impatient with that and possibly quit, especially if they're a newer player who is struggling to stay alive, and you apply for sheriff, but you keep dying and losing money, while you've been waiting for a long time to get sheriff. This is very unmotivating to noobs. Or what if you're an older player and you want to experience a different part of the game since bandit becomes boring. If you're chilling for a long time, and don't have anything to do but the stuff they do every day, I wouldn't blame them if they wanted to leave. -1

    -1, sorry man. They get closed to stop a massive inflow of sheriffs, which is definitely not what the server needs.

    The reason why they close is that rc1 takes a month+ until he accept/denies the apps. So after a month there are A LOT of applications building up.

    I just can't wait to see, "Endermaster3000's 10th sheriff app" and have 9 people putting "lmao" on my profile because I was denied 9 times.
