Question: Please read the entirety of the post before commenting, and also please understand that if this was perceived to be a diatribe, it's not; it genuinely reflects my concern over the topic for obvious reasons.
    My Request:
-This question be left open in order to obtain as many points of view as possible, both in regards to my case, and any future instances.
-To not be subject to attacks by players or staff on me, the content of what I wrote(unless constructive), or anyone else involved in this discussion.

I was recently permanently banned on account of hacking, which I will dispute regardless of what happens. In my ban appeal, I provided what I assessed to be sufficient evidence of me not having any hacked client which would grant me an unfair advantage(Excerpt from ban appeal):

As far as I'm aware, this equates to absolute evidence of me not having any hacked client, AND also not having tampered with any of the .minecraft app files. From a logical standpoint, the only evidence to refute this, an objective proof, would have to be an objective rebuttal. As per the definition of what it means for something to be objective, video evidence is not that unless it portrays absolute clarity(Such as fly hacks, kill aura with head snapping, speed hacks, etc.). Moreso is a statement by staff as proof something subjective simply because of human error- unable to properly read the situation for whatever issue, ranging from player end to moderator end.

Normally, this wouldn't be a problem because the majority of hackers that are caught typically are indifferent to bans, therefore relying on obvious hacks moments before getting caught. My case, in particular, was different: I was banned on account of "Hacked client: Triggerbot/Reach". Personally, I feel that the triggerbot accusation was an arbitrary placeholder for anything else which I could've been using, therefore being a marginally subjective view on whether I hack or not(Not to mention that anyone that is clever enough could easily hide or pretend to use this category of hacks should they need to in-game). The second claim is a more interesting one because depending on the context, a video could serve as clear evidence. If, however, that were the case, then I would have been banned closer to a year ago when I started playing on this server, and not now when the evidence in favor of my ban is lax as it is. I would have been banned closer to a year ago when I was leagues better than I currently am now by the auto ban system. Closing in on this year, if these accusations had any legitimate base, I would have been banned the day I chose to come back, because my growth between then and the day I got banned was null if not conservative.

That statement outlines that there is a clear margin of error possible- if it took staff a period of close to a week to deduce that I was hacking, then it means that my hacks were not clear from day 1, therefore there should be no absolute evidence of me hacking. The next logical place from where to look is the auto ban system. An aide to staff looking to ban players that are obviously hacking, most anti-cheats that are as generic as this one(I'll support this later) should make a myriad of mistakes when letting a hacker get away with, or false banning a good player, and whilst any anti-cheat serves as a good indicator of who MIGHT be hacking, the problem with a ban based solely on this is rooted on the 1st sentence of this paragraph, as well as ties to the previous paragraph: That there is not enough evidence to support. To those curious, yes, I was banned once by the anti-cheat a few days before getting permanently banned. If, to reiterate, me hacking was something plain as day, I would have been banned hundreds of times over the course of me playing on this server- to the best of my memory I was only ever banned twice. It's also clear that anti-cheat on this server isn't optimized for catching players that are many times better than average(I'm not here to brag, but to add to my testimony). In support of this claim is the fact the auto ban only lasts 12 hours, therefore acknowledging uncertainty and margin of error, something as clear to a neophyte as it is to an expert.

In the closing of my ban appeal, I explicitly stated that I was more than willing to do anything necessary to support my innocence as quoted by the following: "
I will await staff indications should I need to further prove my innocence. I fully stand by my claim of innocence and refuse to simply let myself be banned without reason.
    "
My response? "Denied, Please re-appeal in 1 month"
I believe that the biggest problem that is present in most cases such as this is the lack of communication between players and staff, and whilst it may seem like a broken record player for another person to say they're innocent, I'm in favor of even using my case to help solve the apparent disconnect between the two.

My questions in the end are:
-What basis is there for my ban?
-Why was my offer of complete cooperation rejected?
-If this explanation is not enough to help project my point, then what is?
-How can I improve communication between me and staff in my current position?
-What can be done by me and any other player in a similar situation to help voice their concerns and defend themselves?
-Feel free to talk about anything else regarding what I wrote
-How can I tag staff/players to include them in the conversation?

I appreciate both staff and player responses to help me figure out what the issues are, and want to emphasize that my intent isn't to cause drama or any sort of backlash.

Due to an apparent error on my part, here is the non-broken link to my mods folder in .minecraft.:

The intent of this post isn't simply for me to appeal my ban nor to goad a response tantamount to nothing. The primary focus of this post is for me to obtain constructive means by which to dispute my ban a month from now instead of simply being rejected without an implicit solution, whilst at the same time helping to provide an outline for people that are innocent.

In the likelihood that you purport my guilt without making reference to evidence in my favor, I again ask why.

The staff member who banned you had a recording. Various staff members evaluated this recording after your ban to verify its legitimacy. Simply showing your folders isn't enough to warrant an unban as there are many ways to clean up any trace of mods or clients installed.

None-the-less, the staff member who banned you has evaluated everything in this thread and has pardoned you.
