Idea The comeback of grapples...

So. Grapples got removed in the period of time I left warz and let's be real, with people speed grappling it was well worth getting rid of them as they were literally game-breaking. Grapples on the other hand were a brilliant way of getting around the warz map and made heights like a mountain easy to scale up and down, they made places like sniper tower and many other big buildings easier to rush, they made teams easy to strafe from when running and to be honest were just amazing all round apart from the one spoilt and abused aspect.

Grapples were brilliant and in my eyes need to come back in to the game with a couple of tweaks but also some things kept as they were.

• Add a cooldown after each hook thrown of 5 seconds so that it can only be used every 5 seconds.
• Make the efficiency of it 75% so that it has a higher chance of working than it failing. (This increase is mainly because of the cooldown being put in place and people will want it to work more often.)
• When you throw the first grapple make it so that the second one can be thrown straight after but cannot be used until the 5 seconds are up.
• Chest rarity should be the same
• Voting amounts should be kept the same
• Durability should stay the same

Now onto Ladders. Ladders for sure should be kept in the game if the grapple was re-introduced but they should definitely be a lot rarer as people don't even struggle to get a stack anymore which shows their spawn rate is too high.

 

Also a good idea. What about using it to rush sniper tower though? I know there is another grapple where this could be used but what about the main grapple?

 

Nah tbh the current one isn't that hard to rush anyway
