    hey!
    i Think that to many people with high Bounty hides in Towns when they are getting chased. i Think you could be able to shoot in Town but once u done that u get rouge, high Bounty and a chans for the sheriffs to teleport there in around 15 sec. the guns will also be lower damaging and you can only hit people with Bounty over 500.

    The sheriffs can already instantly teleport within 500 blocks of the town.

    Towns are here to provide a safe place for people with a high bounty... you could never be safe. -1.

    That would add another reason for new players to rage and leave. Not a big fan of this idea.

    -1 If you want to have a fight, you can go to a pvp zone. There is 12000 (about) blocks of pvp zone made for a specific reason. The 2500 blocks that remain, are either towns, mines, or jail. They each have their specific reason. And a towns main reason is to provide safety.
