Buff Indian Camps

    Indian camps are pretty much the only interesting way of making money at the moment. Let's look at the other methods of making money:
    • Drugs - you ride to a field (boring), hold down left click while moving your head around a bit (boring), ride to a base (boring), then stand there until its all done (boring).
    • Mining - you mine a bunch of ores, which isn't the most riveting experience, then literally afk while you wait for them to process. As a non-donator, it takes a long time to make any decent money by doing this.
    • Tree cutting - lol.
    Indian camps aren't exactly the most thrilling thing one could do in Minecraft, but when you compare them to the other methods of making money, its like comparing Formula 1 with Chess. And sure, we could rework the other ways of making money, but this requires dev time, which we don't have.

    The following changes should happen to make Indian camps better:
    • Increase the amount of gold you make from just killing Indians in general.
    • Decrease ammo prices - most of the money you make from raiding Indian camps is just spent on ammo, so you can do it again.
    • Buff Indians, so they're a little more challenging. Perhaps make some Indian camps harder than others.
    This change doesn't have to effect drug processing, it'll be just as profitable (and the secret cure to insomnia). However, having a slightly more interesting way to make money will make the gamemode involve less grinding for new players, so more will stay.

    Maybe add in different Indians to make things more interesting? Such as a Indian wearing diamond; hes harder to kill but drops better items or more gold. Maybe even just a plain week Indian; a skeleton who's armor less, and drops less items and very little gold.

    No. Newbies see Indian camps as a death trap. Because they don't have respectable gear or weaponry, they just run up to Indians and start stabbing them, which eventually causes them to die. However, the idea of having ranges of skill levels in Indian camps is certainly viable. We can have one for the more experienced players and one that allows Indians to get one shot by a lemat or sword.

    Perhaps more difficult ones being near Frisco and Harshaw, sticking with making those towns meant for more experienced players, due to all the pvp going on in coco and wild grass. Easier to kill Indian camps could possibly be found in Armarillo or Shaniko.

    I agree on buffing Indian camps, especially to get more gold from it. Although I have another idea for it as well. Back in the old times (I'm talking about out real life), people traded with Indians and they sometimes gave them guns as a trading item. The only found gun from Indian chests is a Mauser C96. We could put legal weapons in chest (carcano, blunderbuss, LeMat, volcanic), so if new players find them, they have a good weapon, and we could still make them rare to find in Indian camps, just likeep the Mauser C96.
