    Anybody know how to fix this? I know it's something with my Minecraft, and I tried uninstalling etc. I've also gave minecraft access in Windows Firewall.

    This is what it says in the launcher

    java.lang.NullPointerException: group
    at io.netty.bootstrap.AbstractBootstrap.group(AbstractBootstrap.java:80) ~[netty-all-4.0.23.Final.jar:4.0.23.Final]
    at ek.a(SourceFile:264) ~[1.8.8.jar:?]

    It should only be a 1.8.8 bug. Have you tried another version? If yes try to delete your
    .minecraft folder.

    Already did all of that. I guess my pc is just being stupid. Hopefully my normal pc gets fixed soon xD

    you have some kind of antivirus or firewall blocking Minecraft's outbound connection
    try adding an exception for Minecraft in whatever program you're using

    I'll try that, it's not my firewall but I'll have to check the antivirus then.
