    I like the first one the best for sure. The last one is a good meme (give them helper though! #newupdate).

    Quicktime for screen capture
    Video loops made in a video editor. I used FCPX
    Import/crop/export through Photoshop

    Edit: this is what the first one looked like as a vid



    This one was the easier of the three tbh.

    Edit edit:
    If you're interested in one of the processes, how I made "Rise":
    • Record video on Brawl with shaders. Flyspeed reduced to 1/4th and video sped up to ensure high FPS footage, shaders wreck my FPS.
    • Selected the portion of video I wanted and sped up to normal pace/retimed it to look like it was slowing at the top.
    • Made it 6 seconds in length, then overlapped one second worth into a cross dissolve so the loop blended. 5 seconds total after dissolve added.
    • Added the moving text element and paced the animations and dissolves how I wanted.
    • Masked and tracked the text behind the snail because I thought it would look neat, but it's not that noticeable in the gif :frowning:
    • Stole the Brawl logo from the front page of the website and added a rising animation in a place to cover some of the transition; added a light ball thing I found in FCP.
    • I had to cut the end of the logo animation and paste it at the front of the video where the loop started.
    • Added particle effect and boosted color.
    Exported video.

    • In photoshop created a file with the banner dimensions.
    • Dragged the video from my desktop into PS.
    • Using the Motion view, selected animation open the video timeline. Resized, adjusted color.
    • File > Export > Save for Web (legacy)
    • Adjust for file size. Save.
