Sheriff handbook and event ideas

This should be interesting to see how this thread turns out. See? My resignation has already done some good. xD Just a question... why do we always do events on Sundays? Saturdays seem way more convenient imo. :v

You would probably say UTC 7p.m. so 2pm EST and 8pm for UTC +1. That fits to most people on Brawl right?

Here's an event idea. 3 people get full gear (Like 30+ meds). Everyone else gets a carcano/blunderbluss(?), and full leather(?). The 3 full gears have to defend themselves in a rebel base. They are not allowed to leave the rebel base. Everyone else gets tp'd to the front of the base when there is low amount of players left and are given more gear. How long can the full gears survive?

 

well if its a 20v3 then i think it's fair.

Sheriff Handbook - My thoughts - So I've been thinking very scientifically and I've done some research and I've created a problem statement. What if we remove cuffs from the game? My hypothesis is If we remove cuffs from the game, then everyone will be happy. My data shows that this is proven correct.

Time doesn't really matter I'm on for like half the day usually. Just release a time so I know when to get on.

 

You can't remove cuffs without removing either the whole sheriff rank or the whole idea of Sheriffs.

And by removing Sheriff you remove a big part of Wild West.

All the Wild West community wants is to nerf Sheriffs.

I don't see how you can remove cuffs from the game.

Also, there has in the past already been many nerfs and buffs of sheriffs and at this current moment many believe that sheriffs are at the right level now. I am one of these people.

But what nerfs would you suggest?

 

We were thinking about something that doesn't allow sheriffs to use cuffs on KOS players. We can also make it so sheriffs are allowed to kos a rogue player who wears a diamond chestplate or 3/4. That would mean that sheriffs won't cuff all the 'XO' players.

 

This will get alot if gate, but why can't diamond armor be illegal, and cause KOS?

 

If we're just doing this to benefit one team then don't you think there's no point?

Cuffing is part of the game and always has been part of the game. There is strategies to prevent cuffing. Just because sometimes they are 'annoying', in my opinion something should be removed from the game if it is considered 'broken' but as cuffs can be prevented with the combat timer, I don't think they can be considered 'broken'.

 

Like what @Charlie_0014 said, maybe it would be a great idea if we did some type of Staff vs Members battle.
Maybe guns could be involved, or anything really. But I like the @Charlie_0014 's idea.

 

I feel that this will cause sheriffs to be considered overpowered if they can KOS anybody with diamond armour on.
