[7/5/17] ELO Reset

g'day Warz,

After taking a deeper look into the ELO algorithm and with all the complaints about the usage of "ELO Armor", I've decided to completely rewrite the system.

That being said, everyone's ELO will be reset and the new algorithm will be put in place for ELO based calculations

In addition, you can no longer see how much ELO you gain/lose, you can now only view your ELO rank. This will essentially prevent people from being able to exploit the system and ideally shift the meta back to people using their best gear vs. wearing half iron.

Please also note that the new system is obviously subject to change. So this means that ELO could potentially be reset once again in order to find the perfect system.

Also I added a command /killstats, you can view who you've died to most + killed most. Since it was just added it obviously won't contain every previous kill, but every kill starting now.
