Battle Royale Changelog 7/9/17

    Hello Brawlers,

    As you all know Battle Royale was released Friday. Since then a lot of changes have been made, changes that I'd like to address here.

    • Many gun values have been adjusted since the launch for balancing.
      • AR-15 & Ak-47 both had accuracy improvements
      • AR-15 got a damage buff
      • AK-47 was given a slower fire rate
      • Hunting Rifle bullet is now faster than any other weapon, received a damage increase
    • Added cobweb to the list of blocks guns can shoot through (this list contains blocks like tall grass, leaves, iron bars, fence, and pretty much any other block with holes in it)
    • Temporarily removed maps to reduce extreme amounts of lag, I'm attempting to rework them
    • Cars, both on road and off roads, speeds have been decreased slightly
    • Gas does slightly more damage, moves in a little faster
    • Added recoil to guns
    • Fixed leaderboard stats not being tracked
    • Fixed major sources of lag (server usually keeps a 90%+ game speed)
    • Minor bug fixes here and there
    I plan on making these changelogs often over the next few weeks, especially since we still have much to do. Hope everyone is enjoying Battle Royale!

    The cars at the spawn are no longer driveable, intentional?

    Edit: You now have to click the cars to enter, they can still be driven in the spawn.

    I've found this to be slightly glitchy, where sometimes when shooting my guns, I rise off the ground slightly, as if I jumped, but I did not. If needed I can upload a video.
