    Hello Brawlers,

    Yes you read the title right. As you may know the hit registration on Brawl hasn't been great. This is mainly noticed on our more PvP concentrated gamemodes (CTF, Raid, KitBrawl, HG). Because of this, we've been looking into ways to make PvP feel more like it once did back in the 1.7 days. Not only is the hit registration much smoother, but we've also raised the CPS from the Minecraft default that was applied during the 1.8 update.

    Let us know what you think about the changes, CPS and other values are subject to change. If you feel something is wrong, please let us know. If you feel the combat is much better, that's also great to hear :smile:

    I've gotten so used to 1.8 that I've forgotten what it means to actually be alive, I mean PVP... xD
    Already liking the change, but I'm glad it's still open for tweaking. Let me get used to it before giving any more feedback.

    All Brawl servers will be affected. Shouldn't mean to much on WarZ though since most combat is via guns.

    Switching to a 1.11 server build also means you can't join on 1.8 - 1.10 which is not what we want to do right now.

    I'm aware that you guys can't get over the spam-clicking thing from 1.7. It's a commentary on the fact that all of this hullabaloo could be avoided if people were just willing to play a different style of combat.

    I'm sorry you can only click 2 cps but this thread isn't meant to be an arguement about how one mc version is better than another

    @Evan19119 Wasn't arguing. Was pointing out the fact of the matter.

    I can do 8-9 cps. That's not why I don't enjoy jitter-clicking as a game function.
