Scheduled HG games

Currently, nobody cares about HG. It's just a thing at the corner of the lobby (now it's actually at the corner, it's been moved to where kitbrawl used to be). Hopefully by scheduling HG matches people may just regain interest in HG.

Firstly, all scheduled HG games will have a prize. The prizes will work like this:
At the start, the prize will be one or two days of global elite. This will encourage people from every server to play.

After there is a decent amount of people playing the scheduled HG games, and this number is consistent or even increasing, the prize will be changed from global elite to a week of HG elite. This will hopefully still encourage people to play as the prize will be longer, although it may not be on their favourite server. This is the reason why global elite is given out first, so that people may gain an interest in HG.

When the numbers playing each game is consistent or increasing, the prize will be dropped again to 3 days(?) of HG elite. Don't remember the reason why I dropped this, but when I came up with the idea a few days back I had some reasoning for it, just can't remember it now. Hopefully by this time there are people who are consistently playing HG and interested in it.

Now, on to the servers. My idea is that there would be 3 of these games each day, 8 hours apart from each other at set times. Reasons for this is:
- 3 games a day should cater to every timezone, and maybe some games will overlap timezones on weekends too
- Set times is so that people know when the HG games will start every day, so they don't need to camp the server 24/7 for one to start
Also, the reason why I want the games to be so rare is to maintain a little bit of hype to it, if it happens every hour people can just come back again the next hour and try and win elite again. I still think that 3 times a day is quite a lot, I'm open to debate on this

Furthermore, these games will be announced server-wide, such as "HG 1 is starting in 10 minutes! Play now to get the chance to win 2 days of global elite! /play hg 1". Hopefully this attracts people from every server.
