What is the point of /rules?

I think the point of /rules is to give players a list of a few of the rules that aren't that obvious such as don't impersonate staff.

There is another list of rules at https://www.brawl.com/rules/ that state most of the rules that just require a bit of common sense. Anyone who disobeys these are most likely just smart asses looking to catch staff out.

Click that link and it takes you to all the rules. Also I never said the ingame /rules was pointless. I said it didn't show the whole list. That would be way too much on the screen to have it all in that one command.

 

Yeah because half of the are unnecessary rules that are absolutely pointless.

 

How are any of them unnecessary? They all seem reasonable to me. Most of them are common sense.

That's saying what you're allowed to have or not. That has nothing to do with rules.

 

It is because those contents are enforced by the rules therefore you can say that they are rules. i.e. You can't use minimap with entities because it's against the rules

 

I know that, I just worded it weirdly. I meant it more as those are examples of what is allowed or not, they aren't rules themselves.

 

On War /rules is different. I'll post a screen later.
