For a long time, sheriffs have always complained about not being able to kos rouges, and i can't blame them. it puts sheriffs at a huge disadvantage, example, 3 bandits are geared and in the wg proc hut in one room, and all are rouges. the sheriff is inside and is able to kill them all but can not due to not being able to fire first. Now, the sheriff must go in a cuff everyone, which is hard for him, since if he try going in cuffing, the bandits spot him and kill him because they saw him go through the door quickly and was out of cuffing range. now if the sheriff could kill, he could easily kill one or two people, and then being able to win. Also, for an example, there is a 2v1 sheriff fight in wg proc hut, both bandits are rouges, and the sheriff climbs the ladder to the balcony. Now, both bandits could rush and saw off the sheriff to death, which they do, as they go up the ladder the sheriff jumps off and cuffs both of them on the ladder. If a sheriff could not cuff rouges, he could stay or jump off and get a good hit but still most likely die to saw off hits. Getting to the point, a rouge has killed someone, so a sheriff should kill them not cuff them, without this rule, both bandits and sheriffs get angry about this. Yet again waiting for bandits to shoot is a bad disadvantage, as the bandit could tg shoot him and get the huge upper hand. I believe if we make this a rule, cuff wars would be better. (Although let me add (thanks for reminding me charlottethegirl) that if the rouge is a new player with only a dagger it should be fine to just cuff them).

    +1... sorta...

I think sheriffs should get alert saying something like this:
"The rogue is armed, load your weapons!" meaning they have guns and can shoot back since they can be hit outside cuffing range. However, if it is just a noob with a dagger, they cannot be shot and must be cuffed. I think this would just make it a little more noob friendly.

I just remembered that too, but some people said this was not a rule, is this a rule now or not?
