    Hello forumerz! I have decided to create my own group!!!! I would like you to fill out the application below, so i can see if you are the right fitting person for the team!
    application format:
    IGN/in game name:
    Donater rank yes/no:
    Self skill evaluation: blank/10
    favorite weapon:
    Age:
    Skype/ts3:
    RIT (role in team): rusher you like to rush people)
    , sniper (you like to snipe!), supplier (you supply the group with their needs, you also loot the area), scout, (the man who gets first compass and awares anyone of danger) , and finally CRC'r/close range combate (this person is provided a auto and shotgun to grind and fight out short range battles)
    Why i want the role i chose:
    Why i should be allowed in team qwikscope:
    extra things mma should know:
    EXTRA! If you are in a team, and you want to be allied with tqs(team qwikscope) write your team's name down!
