Being able to /Team info an offline gang

    Hi folks. TwisterPvP here.

    Now, we all know that /team info (team name) shows information about the team including the players who are online and players who aren't online. But we cannot use this command when nobody is online.

    I feel like this should change so that you can /team info (team name) and it will show the members of the gang even if none of the gang is online. This is already how it works on raid, so I don't think it would be too difficult to implement here. The team systems are different on Wild West and Raid however so it may actually be a bit harder than first imagined.

    I feel like this should be added as it helps players understand who is in what team.

    Also, if you are a player who hasn't played for a while and you log on, you may wonder; "I wonder what team X is in at the moment".

    I think if this could be added, it would've been, so I feel it might be difficult/impossible to do.

    Know how many times I went on my alt and /team info my main's team to check up on it.... and I thought it was disbanded
