    Deputies.

    Their main job is helping the sheriff, and fighting alongside the sheriff. They will be able to work for a sheriff, once the sheriff leaves the server, the deputy stops working for them. The deputy and the sheriff will get a buff if they are within 15 blocks range. The buff makes them do slightly more damage, have slightly more health, and be slightly faster.

    Loadout.
    Six Shooter - Very accurate, does medium damage, and has a good fire rate, does even more damage when buffed by sheriff.
    Handcuffs - Deputies are unable to arrest, inspect, or ticket anyone, that will be doing the sheriff's job. They are only able to handcuff. If the sheriff they are working for dies, or the deputy dies, the handcuffs will be released.

    Standard sheriff armor, but no enchantments.

    Don't like the idea first of all. Plus, the loadout says, that the six shooter is accurate. How is the gun accurate, it's the person who's shooting it that defines the accuracy. The gun doesn't just automatically hit people if they click the fire button. The six shooter is the only weapon? -1

    And what else should the deputy have? They're the sheriff's assistant, not the sheriff.

    And about the accuracy....if you shoot, it will travel far in that direction without spreading.

    I think sheriffs are op enough already, and I think this is abuseable with an alt (not sure). -1 sorry.

    This seems like a sheriff buff and a new role, which is essentially sheriff but more boring. Gives me an idea though - possibly allow a way for any old bandit to help sheriffs.

    Bandits teaming with sheriff has always been a confusing way of helping. It's possible but 1 wrong move and you could get a demote, although I am not entirely in favor of this, I guess there could be a way to do this.
