    I posted this staff application and I've been discouraged to make another ever since. It's disheartening when you pour your soul and years worth of dedication into a server to be denied. I've spent the past year with occasional nightmares and breakdowns because of this. I thought I was at the pinnacle of my A-game and acceptance onto the staff team appeared to be a guarantee. Someone please help. I need to move pass this:
