    I had previously purchased perks and guns on the original mc war, and no I have no access to them, will I get refunded in any way shape or form? Or receive a voucher because at this time I'm incredibly pissed off, not only because of this, but because of all my stats being reset.

    The old war servers will be reopened (probably later today) and you will still have your guns and stats.

    No, "War 2.0" is it's own server not connected to the old war.

    As Signatured said, legacy War servers will be opened soon and any purchased guns or perks will remain. Legacy War will be exactly the same as War 1.0 before the update, and is treated as an entirely different gamemode than War 2.0.
