Idea LMG tweaks

To as simply as summarize the biggest issue with the LMGs
SMG's on average high fire-rate, lower damge and don't have great accuracy
AR's have relatively good fire-rate, damage and accuracy.
LMG's have low fire-rate, good damage but terrible accuracy which means they are only semi-useful in close range. But then again not really since a SMG or AR would have done a better job.

What in my opinion needs to change if the LMGs should become useful or "competitive" compared to other guns:
The fire-rate is probably ok for all the LMGs except the RPK which has a description literally reading "Fast firing LMG" but its fire-rate is still pretty darn slow even by LMG standards.

The accuracy is one of the main issues here. The hip fire does not need a huge improvement but the aimed in accuracy needs to be improved considerably. You should have 80-90% accuracy when aimed in and/or crouching.

The movement speed: To compensate for these buffs LMGs should give you slowness one since they are bigger bulkier and heavier. Slowness 1 without lightweight perk and no slowness with.
