    Simple, say I vote for hijacked and I want to change to downturn. At the moment, I wouldn't be able to change, but my proposed change would put a 5 second cooldown on changing votes but allow you to change your map vote.

    It’s the way it currently is so that people knows what map that will come up next.

    But I still agree with you though, but it shouldn’t be possible for the last 10 sec before the game starts.
