    Question: Is it possible to save or recover what you've lost as the world crashes and restarts?

    It's happened on several occasions for me and it always sets me a couple hours back. Is it possible to save or retrieve what I had previously finished? I tried the save and upload commands but it just doesn't work for me.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Unfortunately there isn't. What you can do is periodically leave your map for 4 minutes (it is important it is 4m, not less) which will cause the map to save, so if the server does crash, your work is saved up to the last time you left your map.
