Brawl Junior Moderator Application​

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - I joined brawl in 2013 when I heard about the party gamemode, and I enjoyed it alot back then. I really became active on brawl after the mcpvp merge (since I was active on mcpvp), and so my experience of brawl came after that merge in 2015. I'm familiar with most of the gamemodes, but most experienced with CTF.
What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - Besides moderating very small servers (50 players and less), I have not moderated any servers.
Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - There are plenty of reasons I want to become a moderator, things like banning dem hackers on kitbrawl or giving my perspective of ctf to the committee. Mostly, I want to help the server with whatever I can do.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Not on any servers (I have played with them on singleplayer/private servers with permission)
Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - Yes (on brawl) I have been warned once and kicked once, I explained one of the warnings on my more recent application (I'll just copy and paste here). Here is why I got warned: I was on ctf with a few regulars, having a laid back conversation. Simply put I went a little more laid back than I should've. I actively knew what I was saying and should've restrained myself some more. However, after the warning I knew I went too far and pulled it back. (The convo wasn't a heated argument or anything like that, just a bit immature with language).

The kick was because I flooded the chat on kitbrawl after I noticed a chat glitch (the newline thingy). I shouldn't have done that but owell.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I am a good listener. This hasn't changed from my last application, and looking at how I described my strength, I'll just quote that here with a few more notes. I care about what others say and their opinions, no matter how bizarre their opinions are. This of course allows me to be more open-minded about topics and discussions, as I try to see everyone's perspective on it. Of course I'm not perfect and I still have biases, but I work on keeping my view on a topic from being "contaminated" by biases. Now I don't want this to give off the feeling that I don't communicate, and I stay to myself. What I am trying to state is that I listen more than I speak. Doesn't mean I don't speak, just less often. Applying this to staff on brawl, it's clear why this can be useful. In looking at ideas, maps, critiques, etc, it helps being a good listener and being open-minded.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I am cautious. I don't want to make a mistake when I try something I'm not familiar with, and that makes me quite cautious. This has its ups and downs, since I don't do anything really stupid, but at the same time I sometimes don't do a job effectively, efficiently, etc. I'm slowly working on this, balancing cautiousness and recklessness, and I have seen progress, but I still am cautious.

Anything else you would like to state? - As I stated in my previous application, I understand one thing the staff is looking for is an able active EU player, and I am not EU That having been said, I am a morning person, and I enjoy waking up at around 5-7 am EST. I usually get on my laptop around 7-8 every morning. And my personal life hasn't changed much, just continuing my schooling.

I did pm you on kitbrawl explaining the glitch. I thought I followed up with pms on discord, but apparently I didn't, which is my fault. If you needed help figuring out what the glitch was I was available to explain it.
