Apologize to the Woo? Bring in SS

I'm not gonna say anything for pingwoo or try to get him unbanned (even tho he should be) but I don't want dumbasses thinking that they were right. I have made false hackusations before ( @SpookyGhale mouse abuse who even does this ) but when I was proven wrong I admitted it and apologized.
I also think it was bs that pingwoo (or any player who was as loyal as pingwoo who even donated to the server) would be banned with as little proof as was provided when players who are blatant go unbanned when there is enough proof and smod even know they hack.

Please don't lock this straight away.

To help prevent this from happening again I think staff should be allowed and trained to ss players as they see fit.

Edit- just some common claims made about Mr. Woo in his video
No shake with his mouse from jitter clicking -> not everyone shakes a huge amount when they jitter and he doesn't have Cerebral Palsy but mainly low dpi and low sensitivity (tiny shakes caused by jittering wouldn't show up)
Consistent CPS-> he is good at jittering (watch most good pvpers with cps mods on when they pvp)
Not possible to jittering for as long as he did-> again he is good at jittering (watch good pvpers) also it was a like a 10 min vid where he had breaks between the fights.
