I’ll be back around Christmas

I’m in the tail end of my last semester for my Masters degree, and decided to focus on that for the next month and a half. I’ll be back around Christmas, and probably do a drop party then. I’m in first place (by a lot) and will likely stay in first place for quite a while.

Also, you might have noticed that the shop is flooded with my stuff in the last week. I had a hunch that a lot of people were putting their bases on the edge of the map, and I was right. I walked along the edge of the map for the last week or so (that’s about 100k of walking!) and I found a bunch of surface bases near the edge of the map. There was a huge pot bank, a brew ingredient/team vault, two team ‘villages’, someone’s mountain resort, an auto brewer, several skyvaults where the player used visible blocks, and one of the Polish teams OP vault to name a few. I also found some partially raided bases and finished them off. My point is that trackers pushed bases to the edge of the map, and I was able to find and raid them.

And finally, I have completely flooded shop with decent enchant (I know it’s a bit pricey, but when voting kicks in folks will have more gold and I’ll sell most of the enchant over time). I found a trick for greatly improving the enchants you get- I pre-craft a diamond set, along with a stack of books, and check the enchant for each item. I then enchant the item with the best enchantment (example: a pick with Eff 4), craft another item I just enchanted, and come back when I have enough levels and repeat the process. All enchants are reset when you enchant one item, so the next time you might get a decent chest plate enchant you didn’t have before. This usually avoids crappy enchants like Bane of Arthropods and Blast Protection, and you usually find a decent enchant on one item or book.

And finally, if anyone has tracked me lately go ahead and raid me, my bases are empty and all my OP was on me when I logged out- nothing to find and raid.
