    hmm, in SPvP you couldn't get to the top of nether because it said "you are not allowed to go there" (I tried with minecarts) do you any proof that people are on top of nether?

    Top of the nether is possible - But you cannot build, and you get instantly TPed back down
    Past the border - Possible through a number of ways, however you cannot build, and going further than 10 or so blocks will start damaging you - The further out you go, the faster the rate of damage.
