Is butterfly clicking bannable?

    Butterfly clicking is where you alternate two fingers on the mouse button to click faster. It is bannable on other servers, and was just wondering if it is on this one.

    But why should it even be?

    EDIT: just realised, butterfly clicking causes mouse bugs resulting to illegitimate clicks which is why it is bannable in some servers.

    It's not bannable because Brawl actually has a smidge of common sense unlike some other servers and realize they can't track or ban based on the human element of the game.

    So using two fingers to click which absolutely anyone can do and is extremely hard to track because it isn't an electronic advantage is bannable?

    Wouldn't that make gaming computers bannable? Certain mouses bannable? Keyboards? Wifi connections?

    I believe "double clicks" is referring to a double clicker, or a macro.

    If you are butterfly clicking, some mouses have a thing where double clicks are registered more often which is an advantage. This doesn't happen with normal clicking, it usually only happens with butterfly clicking, hence why some servers ban it. Don't really think you understand but that should explain why Evan is correct.

    Why does butterfly clicking result in a higher cps than clicking with one finger???
    Because it causes your mouse to ___ ___!

    Butterfly clicking is not technically against the rules on Brawl. That being said, I'd highly suggest not butterfly clicking.

    Butterfly clicking let's you get very high CPS and, if it's too high, we can easily mistake it for an autoclicker. It also allows you to get double clicks, which can be easily mistaken for double click macros. Like on other servers, if we mistake your butterfly clicking as being an autoclicker, we will keep you banned.
