    Every time the Brawl news came out I'd record some of the numbers and correct any if there were mistakes... except for when the number of forum accounts dropped. Putty purged? The graph's pretty difficult to follow but it gives a rough idea on the five subjects over time.

    Take note:
    New Games x10^-4 (Makes games added more visible)
    New Players x10 (Allows player count to fit onto graph)

    New games - New Players - Forum Joins - Bans - Votes


    New forum members seem to be pretty linear regardless of player count, new gamemodes don't seem to boost the player count, votes plummeted April 2016 (why?), sharp player increase May 2015, bans are at an all time high currently, you get the idea.

    So what do you guys think? Can you make anything out of this and relate specific occurrences to past events? YouTubers, merges, releases, hype, features, etc?

    Slight inaccuracy: bans were reset around July 2017. We've made about 10,000 bans we've made since the ban wave.

    True. The bans on the graph are a total of the perm/temp bans excluding the reset. It'd be neat to see the two separate.

    I think I use to have it as a 2014-2015 graph. Well... that's misleading.

    I'm just messing around anyways, I understand it for the most part. Not sure if it was apparent in my screenshot, but the top paragraph of text is really hard to see on the dark theme.
