    This is a guide on how I judge staff applications.
    First thing I do is look at the post count of the user.
    If their post count is below 300, why do I even bother to read it.
    Even if it is long.
    I do not like smiley faces in applications as of it shoes lack of maturity...
    Expand the quote.

    On Topic > Applications are meant to be judged harshly. As long as you offer constructive criticism, so are following the right path.

    What I don't like to see:
    • Someone glances at Application
    • Checks post count
    • Checks other comments
    • Puts only "SNN -1" then moves on.

    Why do I hate this? What good did you just do for the Applicant? Nothing. All I ask is people offer constructive criticism, and not just post an acronym.
