Help With Border On Server

    So I got a server right? I buy more ram and border randomly isn't 10k x 10k blocks like it's suppose to be. The /worldborder command won't work sooooooo me and staff don't know what to do. Server version is 1.10.2. The plugins we have are MoveCraft, MyPet, Factions, World Edit, CoreProtect, BuycraftX, Votifier, WorldGuard, Multiverse-Core, PermissionsEx, AClearLag, AntiCheat, SB-Skylands, CS-CoreLib, ViaVersion, Multiverse-Portals, Vault, MassiveCore, Essentials, BeastWithDraw, Vote, Slimefun, EssentialsProtect, SlimefunOres, Extragear, CombatLog, FactionChat, RandomTP, SilkSpawners.

    okay so the problem is we can't set the worldborder any higher than 8k x 8k blocks so people still die from time to time when using /rtp. Anyone can help?
