Showcase 1:1 Recreation of my grandparents' house

    Last week I was on a trip to my grandparents' hometown and after long time I had the chance to visit their empty house (they moved to Germany) and an idea of recreating it passed from my mind.

    So the few past days I've been working on recreating the house. I found the roof the most difficult to make and you might realize why by checking the house on Google Maps: https://www.google.com/maps/@40.312...4!1svKC6j5kO1SG4rgvHuLC9JQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

    The building of the house started by my granddad in 2002 and it was finished just a year before I was born, in 2003. My granddad's original plans expected the ground floor/basement to also be decorated inside but the high cost made him abandon the plan and close its walls. The basement is accessed through a small hole in wall hidden behind a shelf on the back part of the garage. I spent most of my childhood there and it means a lot to me and I am very sad to see it abandoned today ever since my grandparents moved to Germany in 2013-14. While once the house was lively it's now lifeless 10 months a year.

    Haha. Thanks! It already had turbos before it crashed.

    I took some last minute quick pictures without caring about their quality and they turned out to be 40.
