    You will be given a bow and 1 arrow. One chance to kill the creepers. There will be 2 less creepers than the participants so 2 players will 100% be eliminated. And the rounds will go on. The last player standing wins! The Creepers will drop into a hole if u r too slow.

    Well the amount of players in the server depend. I don't think the admins can code the creepers to spawn in 2 digits smaller than the amount of players.

    It's likely possible though. If vanilla Minecraft can do it using scoreboards, a plugin likely can too.
