    Too frickin slow, practicly unusable, especially for quickscoping, damage is probs okay though.
    Firerate 15-25% faster, its like, snail-mail atm..... very deadly snail-mail, but still snail-mail.
    Reload is at around 5 seconds atm, reduce by ~1.5 seconds, 5 seconds for a 5 round mag is too much.

    I have never had a problem with it, but I do see what you mean. It is very slow, and without the Stopping Power perk is doesn't always body shot. But if you are patient with it nukes come easily. Got my first with it.

    Yeah, im not saying it cant be good every so often, the real problem is that all the top tier guns are far too optional and you cant really do well with them very often. For example: I got a quad headshot (4 people killed) with one scar mag, yet i mostly just ruin my KD with it and its pretty bad over all....
