Staff are never wrong and they definitely never make any mistakes, reported for disrespect and fake news.

 

The amount of offenses to a ban varies because not all offenses are equal. For example, racism, deathwishes, DDoS threats etc. are more "powerful" than minor offenses like disrespect, spam and caps.

You can be banned for less offenses than the required amount if you have more severe offenses.

Here is the log, he didn't quote, and from what I can see 16kss never said this, nor can I find it. Anyways, he was 3+ because he had 2 bans on 19kss, and one on his alt. All bans being for Continuous Rule Violations.

Your original 3rd ban was incorrect, not because staff members can not count, but because you received a kick without specific reasoning which turned out to be a false punishment after further investigation.
However, while that ban is incorrect, it doesn't really affect the outcome of this situation because you have 30 rule violations on an alternate account - leading to a ban for continuous rule violations on your alternate account and a permban for 3+ bans on all your accounts.
