Spoiler: If you're serious about being staff

You have almost no forum history and haven't contributed any posts meaningful enough to warrant more than one like. Try to contribute more to the community and build a good reputation for yourself. (This type of behavior doesn't show trustworthiness nor maturity, and your history will be need to be clean for several months to be considered for staff.)

If you would like to join the build team, you need to be able to build and smart enough to figure out the proper place to apply. Also, the behavior thing needs to be fixed for that as well.

If you deem yourself good enough for builder then you could try applying

 

You first need players who are even qaulifed for the role, and none of the people you said are no where near apart from Ben.

I completely agree that we could really use a few more War staff, but as @RockTomb said above, none of the people you mentioned qualify 100%. If some active War members are able to become active on forums and in the general community as well, and are mature enough, I feel like we'd have some great candidates.
