    i think that /report should send the report to the entire online server staff not just the ones who are on that specific server because it doesn't do any good to /report a fly hacker at 1 am when no staff are on war but there is on build.

    Good news, it does send it across the entire server. All online staff should see the report as long as they are global staff (so only trial jmods are excluded from this).

    Actually Trial JMods can see the reports if they are on their server specific. Other than that you are correct.

    This is already a thing. All staff will get notified of reports (excluding trial JMods who are not on the server they are JMod on).
